論發(fā)展先進(jìn)文化在全面建設(shè)小康 摘 要
全面建設(shè)小康社會是我們黨在本世紀(jì)頭210年要實(shí)現(xiàn)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。它既包含著經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治方面的內(nèi)容,也包含著文化方面的內(nèi)容,既含納著物質(zhì)文明建設(shè),也含納著精神文明建設(shè),是1個全面完整的范疇。發(fā)展先進(jìn)文化是全面建設(shè)小康社會的1個重要部分,是其不可或缺的內(nèi)容。發(fā)展先進(jìn)文化對于全面建設(shè)小康社會具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義,它可以為全面建設(shè)小康社會提供強(qiáng)大的思想保證、精神動力、智力支持和穩(wěn)定的社會環(huán)境。此外,它還可以提升我國的綜合國力。由此,要發(fā)揮先進(jìn)文化在全面建設(shè)小康社會進(jìn)程中的作用,在實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會的目標(biāo)和任務(wù)的過程中,我們就要樹立中國特色社會主義共同理想、堅持弘揚(yáng)和培育民族精神、大力發(fā)展教育和科學(xué)事業(yè),以此來為全面建設(shè)小康社會提供持續(xù)的精神動力和智力支持。

ABSTRACT
Building the well-off society is a strategic goal, which our Party should achieve in the first twenty years of this century. It is a comprehensive category, which contains the economic and the political content, and also the cultural content which is constituted both by the material and the spiritual civilization constructions. The advanced culture plays an indispensable strategic role in the well-off society, which provides ideological assurance, mental power,intellectual support and a stable social environment for the well-off society. In addition, it may also promote the national power. To make the best use of the advanced culture, we must set up the Chinese characteristic socialism common ideal, cultivate and bring the honor to the national spirit, exert our utmost to develop the causes of education and science, in order to give the goal of building the well-off society both the mental and intellectual support continually.
